Formulated from Brady B-486B Metallized Polyester with permanent acrylic adhesive. Engineered for 2" W × 300 ft Roll industrial labeling applications.
Engineered Technical Features
- Matte, light gray material has a permanent rubber-based adhesive and is thermal transfer printable
- Designed for high adhesion to textured metals, powder coated surfaces and low energy plastics
- UL approved;CSA accepted
- Service temperature of -40 to 248° F (-40 to 120° C)
- This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
- This metallized label roll is supplied on a 3 inch core that has a thicker 0.66 inch wall to enable addition of i75-smart functionality.
- If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll
- A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R4300 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP® Series Label Printer; use R4300 for a different printer
