Engineered Technical Features

  • Glossy, light gray finish gives labels a rating and serial plate appearance
  • Labels are designed to withstand numerous solvents and variable temperatures when applied to various surfaces
  • UL approved;CSA accepted
  • Service temperature of -40 to 194° F (-40 to 90° C)
  • This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
  • This metallized label roll is supplied on a 3 inch core that has a thicker 0.66 inch wall to enable addition of i75-smart functionality.
  • If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll
  • A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R6002 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP® Series Label Printer; use R6002 for a different printer
