Engineered Technical Features

  • Low-profile, high-temperature, glossy white polyimide material features a static dissipative adhesive and static dissipative release liner
  • Surface resistivity values in the recommended range for dissipative ESD packaging materials as defined by ANSI/ESD S541-2008
  • UL approved and meets requirements of MIL-STD-202G, Method 215K
  • Service temperature of -94° to 212°F (-70° to 100°C)
  • This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
  • If this roll is used in Brady i5100 or IP model printers it will function with smart operation in those printers with the exception that the Supply Remaining gauge on the display may be overstated. Contact Brady tech support for further information.
  • If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll
